Finned tubular electric Heating Element is wound with metal fins on the surface of ordinary element. Compared with ordinary heating tube element, the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 ~ 3 times, that is, the allowable surface power load of finned element is 3 ~ 4 times than ordinary heater tube element.

Because the length of the element is shortened, the heat loss is reduced. Under the same power conditions, it has the advantages of fast temperature rise, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small volume of the heating device and low cost. It can be installed in the blowing pipe. It is a static, flowing air plus occasion. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile, textile, food, household appliances and other industries, especially in the air curtain industry of air conditioner.
